Sample Itinerary
Day 1 Today we depart for an exciting eight day journey which takes us through the heart of the Deep South to Mississippi's Gaming Capital, Tunica.This first evening we arrive in Virginia, the Old Dominion State, where we will check into our hotel and enjoy dinner on our own.
Day 2 We begin our day with a continental breakfast served at the hotel. Our travels continue to the "Music City USA", Nashville, TN. Tonight we will kick back "southern style" at a local restaurant and enjoy the charms of some Southern Hospitality.
Day 3 After a continental breakfast, we depart for downtown Nashville. Upon arrival, enjoy an exciting tour of Nashville, TN. This city tour will take us past the many sights that have made this charming southern town one of the most powerful cities in the music industry. Following our city tour,we will depart for an exciting three nights of fun at a Casino hotel in Tunica, MS. After you settle into your room, enjoy a scrumptious dinner at the casino.
Day 4 We start the day with breakfast served at the casino. This morning we depart for the banks of the mighty Mississippi for an afternoon in the city of blues, Memphis, TN. Upon arrival we will visit the many sights this historical city has to offer including Beale Street, the Peabody Hotel, the Danny Thomas Pavilion and much more. Later depart for Tunica. Enjoy dinner this evening at the casino.
Day 5 Start the day with breakfast at your hotel. Later this morning we depart for one of the south's most popular attractions "Graceland" home to the King himself, Elvis Presley. You will have the opportunity to tour the house including his famous music recording studio and trophy room. You will be amazed at all the gold records and awards that line the walls of this most impressive room. Following our visit to Graceland, enjoy free time on Beale Street. Later, we return to the Casino for another great dinner.
Day 6 After a fabulous breakfast we must say good-bye to Tunica and depart for Nashville. Upon arrival, check into your hotel before departing for a visit to Opry Mills. Enjoy some outlet shopping and dinner on your own.
Day 7 Good Morning! After a continental breakfast we will travel northeast through the Appalachian Mountains before arriving at our hotel for our last night together on this wonderful visit to the charming south. Dinner will be on your own this evening.
Day 8 Good Morning! Enjoy a continental breakfast at the hotel. Afterward, depart on a safe journey home filled with memories of a wonderful trip.
